We ship your bike order free of charge with PostNL. You'll receive an expected delivery date from them by email. We offer a 48-hour delivery service, so your bike will be delivered within 2 business days! Bikes ordered before 5:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed on Fridays after 5:00 PM or over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Please note: We only deliver our bikes in the Netherlands and Belgium. Bike deliveries to the Wadden Islands are not possible.

How will my bike be delivered?
All our bikes are delivered in a box. To make things as easy as possible for you, our bikes are already 85% assembled. Depending on the bike, you may still need to assemble the following:
- Mounting the front wheel
- Installing the front mudguard
- Installing the handlebars, saddle and pedals
- Install any front carrier or training wheels

Warranty on your bicycle
Cortego guarantees that the delivered product complies with the concluded agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability and the legal provisions and/or government regulations in force on the date the agreement is concluded.
In general, you have a 1-year warranty on all moving parts and a 2-year warranty on the frame. Parts subject to wear and tear, such as tires, chain, chainrings, freewheel, rear sprockets, cables, and brake pads, are not covered by the warranty, unless there are construction and/or material defects. Damage resulting from improper use and falls is not covered by the warranty.
If the defect is covered by the warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. We'll also return the repaired or replacement product to you free of charge.
If the defect is not covered by the warranty, we will tell you the repair costs. We will not repair anything without your permission.
If there's anything wrong with your product, please always contact us first. We'll work with you to determine how to handle your complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible.
