How do I order a bicycle from Cortego?

Ordering takes just 3 simple steps. You'll be able to cycle through it in no time!

1. Choose your bike(s)

First, search for the bike you'd like to buy. Pay close attention to the frame size, color, and, if you're buying an e-bike, the battery type. Then click "Click and Order" to place the bike in your basket.

2. Fill in your details

On this page, you'll enter all the necessary information for ordering and delivering your bike. Here you'll provide your details, how you'd like to receive your order, the shipping method, payment method, and finally, order confirmation.

3. Confirm (pay) your order

Double-check that everything you've entered is correct. Is everything correct? That's great! Confirm and pay for your order (if necessary).

You're done!

Now all you have to do is wait for your bike to be delivered.

How can I pay for the bike?

The payment methods we support are as follows:


• IDEAL

• Credit card

• PayPal

• Bancontact (for Belgian customers)

• Klarna (pay later)

• IN3 (pay in 3 installments)

Can I pay later?

With Klarna, you only pay after you've reviewed the products at home. The payment term is 30 days and begins when we ship your order. You'll receive an email from Klarna about this.

Payment details are on the invoice. Klarna Pay Later is a secure and easy payment method.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! You can track your order via a track and trace link sent to your email. This way, you'll know exactly when you'll receive your new purchase!

What is the delivery time of my order?

Before you order, you'll see the bike's delivery time. For example, if your bike is in stock and you order before 5:00 PM, you can have it delivered the next business day. If you order after 5:00 PM, the delivery time is two business days. If your product is out of stock, an adjusted delivery time applies, and we are dependent on the supplier. We will contact you for this.

How do I change my delivery address for a current order?

You can only change your order if you haven't yet received a shipping confirmation. Please contact our customer service to change the name or address of your order.

Where can I find my invoice?

As soon as we receive your order, we'll always email you an invoice as an attachment to your order confirmation. You can also download your invoices from your order overview on our website. Just placed your order? Then wait until you receive your order confirmation. You'll receive a link to view your invoice.

Can I still cancel my order?

We cannot cancel placed orders.

We guarantee same-day shipping for orders placed on weekdays before 5:00 PM. (NOTE: this does not guarantee next-day delivery.) Orders are processed very quickly, so canceling orders is not possible.

We ship bicycles in boxes. If you decide to cancel your order, you can refuse it at the door when the carrier arrives to deliver. They will then return your order to us. Don't forget to notify us when you return an order.

NOTE: If you refuse an order at the door, there will be a charge. These charges are your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund when we issue the refund.

I paid but did not receive an order confirmation?

Sometimes the email ends up in your spam box. If it's not there, then the email is delayed or your payment has failed.

Did you pay with iDEAL, but are you unsure whether your order went through? Check if your money has been debited. If no money has been debited, the payment was unsuccessful and you haven't lost any money. You can place your order again.
Has money been debited, but you haven't yet received an order confirmation? Then we recommend waiting a bit. It can take up to an hour for us to receive payments. If you haven't received an order confirmation from us after an hour, please contact our customer service. We can help you quickly with your order number, which is always listed with the debit.

How will my bike be delivered?

All our bicycles are delivered in a box. To make it as easy as possible for you
To make it as easy as possible, our bicycles are already 85% assembled.
Depending on the bike, you may still need to install the following:

  • Mounting the front wheel
  • Installing the handlebars and saddle
  • Adjusting the brakes and mounting the pedals
