At Cortego Fietsen, we ensure your new bike is delivered to your home safely, quickly, and ready to use. Below you'll find all the information about our shipping and return policies.

Dispatch


Delivery time
After receiving your order, your bike will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with a track & trace code so you can track your delivery.

Postage costs
Bicycles: Free delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Assembly
All bikes are delivered 85% assembled. This means the handlebars, pedals, and saddle height will need some adjustment. You can easily do this yourself with the included instructions.

Returns


Is the bike not quite to your liking? No problem — you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions for return:

The product must be undamaged and preferably in the original packaging.

The bicycle must not have been used or ridden.

Return procedure

Send an email to info@cortego.nl with your order number and the reason for return.

We will send you the return instructions within 1 working day.

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days.
